Disruptive Games

Life At Disruptive

Disruptive Games is committed to making exceptional interactive experiences. In pursuit of this we constantly play games, talk about them, and dissect them. We think about what makes games fun and successful. We do this because we love games, and also to stay connected with our audience. We are looking for highly skilled and passionate developers who love to play games and are dedicated to crafting extraordinary interactive experiences.

Disruptive values original thinkers and people who aren't afraid to challenge the “rules” of design and game development in search of innovative ideas and creative solutions. Because of this, everyone has a voice at Disruptive and is encouraged to contribute to or question any element of the games we develop.

We are located in downtown Berkeley, close to BART, the UC campus and plenty of good eats. We value original ideas, a strong work ethic, a fun and collaborative studio environment, solving difficult problems, direct and honest communication, shaking things up, and building something to be proud of.

We are always looking for exceptional talent to grow our company. If you don’t see a job posted here, but want to apply anyway, please send in your resume and tell us why you're awesome.
